New Years Eve Ritual and Ceremony

On Tuesday, December 31, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., we will hold our annual Burning Bowl, 12 Powers, and White Stone ceremonies. These rituals will help us begin the new year on a purposeful, spiritual path toward our highest good. We will release, claim, and intend.

Release.
First, we will use the Burning Bowl ritual to release what no longer serves us, clearing unwanted memories and conditions from our lives.

Claim.
Then we will claim our Divine power. Unity cofounder Charles Fillmore created the 12-power system based on aspects of our Divine nature: wisdom, love, strength, faith, imagination, order, understanding, will, power, zeal, release, and life itself.

Intend.
As we claim our power, we will use the White Stone Ceremony to set intentions for the coming year. We will visualize and listen deeply for the creative energy arising within, and receive guidance for living into the year ahead. This ceremony is based on Revelations 2:17 [NSRV]: “Let anyone who has an ear listen to what the Spirit is saying to the churches. To everyone who conquers I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give a white stone, and on the white stone is written a new name that no one knows except the one who receives it.”
