Ken Keyes Jr., who lived with polio for most of his life, passed away in 1995. He was the founder of the Living Love System for Happiness. First published in 1973, “Handbook to Higher Consciousness” is a classic that captures the essence of Keyes’ teachings and philosophy, which asserts that we all have addictions or inner demands built unconsciously into our bio computer in the early years of life. They prevent us from experiencing joy, happiness, and the ability to love. Keyes shows us how to t become aware of these addictions and uplevel our demands to preferences.
