A positive path for spiritual living

Gong Bath

Tuesday, November 17th
7:00 - 8:30 p.m.

What is a gong bath?

▪ A gong bath is a form of sound therapy where the gong is played in a therapeutic way to bring about healing, peace and surrender.
▪A gong bath means that you are bathed in sound waves.
▪Just lie comfortably on your back and allow the waves and vibration of sound to wash over you. All you have to do is lie comfortably and close your eyes and relax.
▪ Alpha brainwave state is achieved very quickly and is followed by the Theta brainwave state. Daydreaming, imagination and associative thinking are all part of alpha brainwave activity.
Healing of your mind, body and soul will result!
