We do not have to wait for someone to offer us their forgiveness, we can ask.

Thoughts are like boomerangs. They go out into the creative universe of law and they collect the energies to clothe that idea and they come back to us fully formed.

What we want,

I often find myself lingering toward thinking about what I don’t want in my life. After all most of what we view, see, and do in our enviroment seems to be structured around this.

A good friend of my has been coaching me lately over tostados lunches. He views the world as a menu, which we order what we want.

Which would you like to order?

#27 – Overindulge in self pity with a touch of scorn of others

#30 – It’s great to be alive. Served with a mix of self fulfillment, hope, and a touch of serving others.

I want #30, I do. But we do have a choice. I think God’s trying to see if you’re a rebel or not. You have to be willing to give it a try and not be comfortable in doing what everyone else does. My definition of a true rebel.

So today, I’m really focusing on ordering the #30. I’m going to do the following:

In a heavy traffic situation, I’m going to let people get in front of me and smile. To myself I will say, “there goes a child of God” and mean it.

I’m going to engage anyone walking a dog and ask if I can pet the dog. I will then tell the dog, “you know you’re so healthy and you have a great owner who really takes care of you. I know you know that.”

Those two things may be on someone else’s menu. Even better if they ordered it.
